Properties

For property sales, we are able to coordinate the entire legal/ transactional process for our clients. When appropriate, we identify and deal with the appointment of suitable collaborative agency representation; and advise on legal routes to cost and taxation saving.

We deal with the exchange of legally binding private sale and purchase contracts, when required. We manage the Spanish Notarial process; and ensure post-completion matters are attended to and all Spanish formalities complied with. This ensures a stress-free transactional process for our clients; and provides complete certainty, with full legal and fiscal compliance.

Vehicles

We are able to deal with the disposal of vehicles in our inheritance cases, where it is our clients' preference not to deal with this personally. We also have access to specialists in resolving problems relating to non-Spanish registered vehicles.

Foreign Exchange

Our associated specialist currency brokers can provide a highly competitive Foreign Exchange service to our clients.

And for our inheritance and asset sale cases, we can provide legal/ fiscal source of funds declarations for the Tax Authorities of overseas destinations.
